The Listing Bureau collects the minimum information needed to operate. This page explains what that means in practice.
What we collect
When you contact us by email, you share information voluntarily: typically your name, email address, and details about your Amazon products. We collect what you send, nothing more.
We use pseudonymous website analytics (provided by PostHog) to understand how visitors use this site. This includes pages viewed, browser and device type, session duration, and referring URL. PostHog is configured to store IP addresses in truncated form. No advertising pixels or third-party data collection scripts are used. This data is pseudonymous — it is linked to a randomly generated visitor ID, not to your name or email address.
Your web server access is also recorded in standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time of request) for security and diagnostic purposes. Those logs are not tied to your identity and are not shared.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to assess whether your product is a candidate for a campaign, to manage your campaign if you become a client, and to communicate with you about the engagement. We don't use it for marketing or profiling, and we don't reach out unless there's a direct reason related to your account.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third parties, except for the service providers we use to operate (email hosting, file storage, and analytics via PostHog). Those providers are contractually bound to handle your data appropriately and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies. A session cookie maintains your login state and is cleared when you close your browser. Analytics cookies (set by PostHog) store a pseudonymous visitor ID and session identifier to help us understand site usage patterns. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as our business relationship is active and for three years after the last contact. If you'd like us to delete your data earlier, email us and we'll act within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, request that we correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email:
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the revised version will appear at this address. We'll note the date at the top. We won't notify you by email unless the changes are significant enough to require it.
